Hello Belles, how are you?

Today I have a day off. I am going for a lunch with my boyfriend and mother.

This is my look for today.

Cleaning out my closet

At first sight the lowest shelf looks tidier in the first picture.

I moved my t-shirts from the white boxes to the middle shelf.

Now I have some beauty stuff which isn't visible at the first picture in the white boxes

I decided to keep my Oriflame products with the Oriflame train case.

And that makes it a bit look full.

Nevertheless I am OK with the result, I just have too much stuff I think ;-). But I really want to keep the Vogue September Issues for a while and behind that there are other magazines I want to keep.

When I am going change it again I will give an update !

Make up look photo tutorial

As promised last week, today I have make up look with photo tutorial.

I use the very me BB cream of Oriflame

Then I use the perfecting face primer of Oriflame

To make your cheeks look 'slimmer' you can use the dark concealer

I always use a light or nude color for the whole eye lids as a base

For this look I first used a light blue eyeshadow. For the lower eyelid I used the dark blue

I used a bit of the black eyeshadow as well for the lower eyelid and after that I jused a black eye pencil

I finished the eye look with masacara and continued with the lips and cheek bones

This is the complete look , matched with my outfit.

Fashion shopping!

Yesterday, I went to town quite early with a friend to celebrate King's day. Especially for the street markets, if you go early you will have the best buys. We did! In the morning it wasn't very busy, but at noon the party people were definitely awaken!

That was a good time to go home, we were tired anyway from shopping from 7.00-13.00 ;-).

I am very happy with my new, 2nd hand clothes! The Karen Millen (top right) bolero was quite special. I always like that brand but it is too expensive for me, this one I got for 10 euro's.

For a while I am rediscovering the 2nd hand clothing shopping. I love it, especially when it's quite cheap (max 20 euro's) but some big brands as Chanel and Louis Vuitton are difficult to get such low prices.

When I got home, I was pretty tired but satisfied.

Today I cleaned my wardrobe. I will upload pictures coming week.

King's day

Hello belles,

How are you?

Any plans for the weekend, if you have weekend at all?

In the Netherlands it's King's day tomorrow. We celebrate the king's birthday which is actually the 27th of April but because that's is Sunday we celebrate it this Saturday.

For over 33 years we used to celebrate 'Queens day' the 30th of April.
Late queen Juliana had her birthday the 30th of April. In 1980 her eldest daughter Beatrix was crowned for queen. Her birthday is the 31st of January but she decided to celebrate it the 30th of April.
She has reigned for 33 years.

Last year, 30th of April 2013 her eldest son Willem- Alexander was crowned king. And so became queens day, 30th of April, King's day, (normally) 27th of April.

Next year we will celebrate it Monday the 27th of April.

What happens at King's day?

There is a party all over the country. And orange is THE color of that day.

The royal family, at least a part of it visits a town or 2 where one prepared some traditional games, performances etc.

All over the country there a events and flea markets (which start quite early in the morning). Some radio stations organize an event in a city and broadcast from there instead of the studio.

If you ever attend to visit The Netherlands, it's to plan it around the 27th of April so you can take part of this big party day.
